Uploading photos from your personal computer to Instagram is almost impossible. But it is quite possible to do it by applying the Windows 10 app, or the Instagram website. It is most worthy and frustrating to want to upload photos you have edited with your desktop software on Instagram.
Using the following software, you can upload your edited pictures from a personal computer, MAC, or a Desktop on to Instagram.
1. Get Vivaldi Software
Essentially, Vivaldi offers a super browser that provides an efficient and effective way to upload images to Instagram right from your Mac, desktop, or personal computer. Certainly, this is by running the mobile version of Instagram’s site in a web panel.
First, of all, you will have to download and install Vivaldi. Then, click ‘Skip all’ and continue with the browser’s default settings or run through the wizard to import bookmarks and set your preferences,
2. Create a web panel
Go to www.instagram.com. Afterward, select the plus icon (Add Web Panel) on the left-hand side of the browser window. The URL automatically fill, and then, select the plus icon again.
After this, the mobile version of Instagram will show in a sidebar on the left-hand side of the browser. It will remain there as you browse through other sites. Log into your account, then resize the sidebar until the mobile site fits in.
3. Upload image to Instagram
Click on the plus icon below the website to take a photo from your personal computer, Mac or desktop. Apply filters, add caption and tags, and upload it to your account.
1. BlueStacks App Player
Similarly, you can operate the account from your Personal computer using the free Android BlueStacks App Player. Likewise, It enables you to upload images from your Mac and PC.
To do this, you download and install BlueStacks. And then hold on for a few minutes while the engine boots. Ignore the tutorial using the cross at the top right window. Then, make sure the correct language is selected and tap the arrow button.
2. Log into Google account
Select ‘Continue,’ then log -in using your Google account. Furthermore, review the terms of service and on Instagram select ‘OK.’
The checkboxes are optional and not compulsory. If using BlueStacks is only used to upload to Instagram, uncheck them all. Click the Next arrow, then type in your name. This will be used to personalize some of the apps.
3. Install the Instagram app
A version of the Google Play Store appears. Search for Instagram and select the official app when it appears. Click Install. The app will demand access to information, including your contacts and location. If you don’t mind, select ‘Accept.’
Moments after, the Instagram icon will appear under the My Apps tab. Click it once to launch it.
4. Upload, apply filters, share
BlueStacks will now appear in the size and shape of a smartphone. Sign in to your account with your log in details. Note that the log-in link is below. Afterward, your Instagram feed will now appear exactly as it would on a smartphone.
Select the plus icon at the bottom, then click ‘Gallery.’ Select the ‘Gallery’ drop-down menu at the top left and click ‘Other,’ then select ‘Pick from Windows.’ Navigate to the photo you want to upload, click on it, and select ‘Open.’
Lastly, you can now crop the picture, add filters and a caption, and share it with your followers via all the usual social networks.
